Great service. Monica Basehore's market analysis and advice provided the exact listing price we received on our condo sale. She listed the property in detail with excellent photos and description and we had an offer 9 days later, closed the sale in 13 days. She and her support staff handled all the paperwork efficiently, on time, and electronically - we had to be in person only to sign the closing documents in 15 minutes. Monica is a true professional realtor. I can’t imagine going through this home buying process in this day and age without a realtor on board.
